For the fastest resolution, warranty claims should be handled directly by the manufacturer. Please note that proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Pax

Pax offers a 10-year warranty on the PAX Plus and PAX 3, and a 2-year warranty on most other devices. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including battery failure, faulty heating elements, or electronics issues.

 


Arizer

Arizer provides a 2-year warranty on all devices, including a lifetime warranty on the heating element. The battery is covered for one year. Claims can be made through their support page.


Storz & Bickel

Storz & Bickel devices come with a 3-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. To initiate a claim, customers can register their devices for a streamlined process.


Boundless

Boundless provides a 3-year warranty on its products and a separate 90-day warranty for batteries. For warranty claims, contact customer support via email.


Davinci

Davinci devices include a 5-year warranty that covers defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty claims are easy to file using the online claim form.


DynaVap

DynaVap provides a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. For more warranty information or assistance, reach out via their contact page.


Healthy Rips

Healthy Rips offers a 1-year warranty on their devices, covering manufacturing defects. Extend your coverage by registering the device using the online form.


    XMAX

    XMAX devices are covered under a 1-year warranty. For battery and functional issues, reach out to their support team via email.


    Puffco

    Puffco products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.


    DabX

    DabX products come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Reach out to their support team via email for assistance.

     

    If You’re Unable to Go Through the Manufacturer

    If you're unable to work with the manufacturer directly or haven’t had success getting a response, we can help by reviewing the issue on our end. Please be aware of the following conditions regarding returns.

    What’s Covered

    • Vaporizers with a clear manufacturer fault or defect

    • Issues that arise during normal use, within the warranty period

    What’s Not Covered

    • User damage, including drops, water exposure, or misuse

    • Vaporizers that are used but not faulty

    • Devices returned in an unclean condition or containing residue/illegal substances

    Return Requirements

    • All vaporizers must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned

    • Products returned without cleaning or that are clearly damaged by the customer will not be accepted

    What to Expect

    • Given the transit time and inspection time necessary to evaluate your device, returns usually take 5–15 business days to reach resolution.

    • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will issue a replacement unit if it is in stock, or a refund if it is unavailable.

    • If the item is found to be in working condition or ineligible for warranty, it may be returned at your expense.
