What to Do if You Suspect a Fault

If you believe your device is faulty, we recommend the following steps.

  • Begin with Troubleshooting
Many common issues can be resolved with simple steps like charging the device properly, cleaning it thoroughly, or resetting it. We encourage checking the troubleshooting guides provided by the manufacturer (linked below) before submitting a warranty claim.
  • Review the Manufacturer’s Warranty
Use the links below to view warranty length, coverage details, and instructions for starting a claim. For the fastest resolution, warranty claims should be handled directly through the manufacturer.

    Warranty Support Guide

If you've had trouble getting a response or are unable to go through the brand directly, we may be able to assist by reviewing the issue internally.

    What’s Covered

We can assist with warranty claims for devices that meet all of the following conditions:

    • The product is experiencing a clear manufacturer fault or defect
    • The issue occurred during normal use within the warranty period
    • The unit was purchased directly from Vaporizers Direct Australia

    What’s Not Covered

Unfortunately, we cannot offer support for returns that involve:

    • User damage (e.g. drops, water exposure, misuse)
    • Vaporizers that are used but not demonstrably faulty
      • This includes situations where the customer:
        • Changed their mind after purchase
        • Found the product cheaper elsewhere
        • Decided they no longer want or need the item
    • Products returned in an unclean condition or containing prohibited substances

    Return Requirements

    To ensure a smooth process:

    • All vaporizers must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return
    • Returns must include all original accessories and packaging (if available)
    • Any device returned without prior approval, or that is visibly damaged or unclean, will be declined

    What to Expect

The return and inspection process typically takes 5–15 business days from the time the return is shipped

If the product is confirmed to be faulty:

    • We will offer a replacement (if in stock), or
    • A full refund (if a replacement is unavailable)

If no fault is found, or if the item does not meet warranty eligibility, it may be returned to you at your expense
