If you've found a product elsewhere that meets the following conditions, let us know!

1. Authorised Australian Retailers Only

   • The product must be available from an authorised Australian retailer.

   • We do not price match unauthorised resellers, websites of questionable legitimacy, or retailers who cannot be verified as stocking authentic goods.

2. In-Stock and Identical Product

   • The product must be identical (same model, colour, and variant) and in stock at the time of the request.

3. Regular Price Only

   • Price matching applies to regular, everyday prices.

   • It does not apply to temporary sales, limited-time promotions, clearance events, “members-only” deals, or coupon-based discounts.

4. Genuine, New Products Only

   • We do not price match second-hand, refurbished, or defective goods.

   • Auction sites, marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon), wholesale or bulk sellers, and sites with typographical errors are excluded.

5. Proof of Price

   • The lower price must be publicly available and viewable online for verification.

   • Screenshots, order confirmations, or private checkout pages cannot be accepted as proof.

6. Timing

   • Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order.

   • Price matching does not apply to previously completed purchases.

How to Request a Price Match
If you’ve found a qualifying lower price, simply email us at support@vaporizersdirect.com.au with the product link from the authorised retailer. Our team will verify the details and respond within 24 hours.
