Returns Policy:
To return an item, you must obtain a return authorization (RA) number by contacting our customer support chat. Items sent without an RA number will be returned to the sender, so please ensure you get one for a smooth and timely transaction.
We offer refunds on unopened purchases within 10 days of the order, provided the customer covers the shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer refunds on used vaporizers or vaporizers purchased elsewhere.
If there's an issue with your order, please contact us via chat as soon as possible. We will make every effort to make the order right; however, we cannot make any changes to the order once it has been fulfilled, which usually happens within 24 hours of the order being placed.
If your vaporizer has an issue and is still under warranty, please contact us via chat or at support@vaporizersdirect.com.au for proof of purchase, and we will assist you as best we can. For more information about warranties, please click here.
