Please contact us by chat as soon as possible if there's an issue with your order we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Unfortunately we are not able to make changes to orders once placed as our automated process ships as quickly as possible, usually next business day.
Returns must have a return authorization (RA) number by contacting us through our customer support chat.
Items without return authorization will be returned to sender so please obtain one first for a smooth and timely transaction.
On unopened purchases we can offer a refund if the customer covers the shipping both ways + a 5% restocking fee within 10 days of the order.
Unfortunately we cannot give refunds on used vaporizers (for obvious sanitary reasons), or from vaporizers purchased elsewhere, but if there's an issue and the vaporizer is still under warranty please contact us by chat for proof of purchase and we will assist you with the manufacturer directly.
