2. Giving free shipping on all orders over $99. It's our belief that you shouldn't be paying for shipping for your vape. This includes most cities in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth... even Darwin! If you want express shipping you can pay a little bit more to get your order even faster.
3. Delivering fantastic customer service. We know bad customer service sucks and we think many companies can do a lot better. Portable Vaporizers: These are perfect if you're looking for a device that you can take around with you. Some can be put in your pocket, while others are meant to stay-at-home. Either way, it's nice to not have to be plugged in all the time. The vapor quality in portable units has skyrocketed in the past couple years too. You can pull big clouds from a tiny device.
Desktop Vaporizers: These are the workhorses that generally stay at home with you. What you trade for size, you make up with performance. Desktop units will generally have more features and will give you better vapor quality overall. If you'd just like to use it from the couch, getting a tabletop device is a pretty good idea.
Vaporizer Pens: A lot of people come looking for a pen that can handle dry herb really well. There have been a few products come out that are okay, but don't expect the world. We still recommend that people use pens for concentrates and not dry herb. The pen shape simply isn't conducive to a good herbal experience. Go for a portable unit instead.
Grinders: To get your unit performing at its peak, you need a good grinder. Not only are they much more convenient than the alternative, the grind consistency can affect the cloud production. We carry a wide range of grinders for each situation.
