The wax keeps the o-rings lubricated for assembly. Both types of o-rings that you need for the VapCap "M" or OmniVap vaporizers are included.

It'll come in handy!

Since purchasing a second Dyna, one the has a wooden stem I'm more than happy with the Dynawax, very handy for wooden stems and simple lubrication when assembling. O-rings are good quality (haven't had to use them). As far as the pipe cleaners I'm lost. Ear swabs work just as good if not better! However, you really aren't purchasing this for the pipe cleaners.
