Solid bowl, but the silicon slip is oversized

The bowl piece and slip feel very high quality, and durable but the silicon slip hands over the end of the bowl generously, making it very difficult to remove and refill without it tipping. I ended up trimming it with scissors to make it stand straight.

Only improvement could be some

Only improvement could be some sort of thermal insulation around the top rim. The one I replaced with your product had that and even if it sat on the heat for a long time it never got hot.
