Hi Chris, actually I had

Hi Chris, actually I had an issue with the vapor tune I purchased. It didn't quite fit the "bowl" and got stuck it. It snapped off when I tried to remove it and I had quite a struggle getting the remaining broken glass out. I'm concerned I may have damaged the "bowl" housing, since that happened it tends to wiggle a bit and shuts offs when it shouldn't.

So, good service, fast arrival. Some instructions or clarification would be nice. Eg. the batteries you shipped are red, the ones that came with my airizer air are blue. I'd like to know the difference. Also, is the charger a trickle charger or not? But good service...
